Bonnie was the light of our lives, a modest but adorable special brindle Scotty whose wonderful nature touched us all. She came into our lives in April 2012 and filled us with joy from the first second we saw her. Bonnie loved it when mum arrived home from work, bouncing with glee and growling in the cutest of ways. She always enjoyed the attention given from my brother, excitably welcoming him when he got home from work in the early morning- and adored resting on his lap at every opportunity she got. To me she was the cutest, loveliest, most innocent and beautiful dog and I'll forever cherish times where I'd walk in a funny way as a signal for her to follow me so she could helped up onto the sofa, or when I refused to let her up by folding my arms because I loved it when she growled at me to let her up. Bonnie didn't bark incessantly unless strangers knocked on the door or entered the house, she was never nasty or vicious, she was a protective and loveable companion. To mum Bonnie was extra special because of her endearing nature, her wonderful distinguishing brindle coat, and her relaxed and unbothered nature. Dad likewise enjoyed Bonnie's excitable nature and her companionship. It's with a heavy heart and much sorrow that we say goodbye to a special dog who we've all been blessed by and will never forget. Thank you Bonnie we'll eternally love you.
